In this 60-minute session, you will meet with Ayurvedic Practitioner & Body Therapist Mélika Emira Baccouche to assess your Prakruti and Vikruti and gain a deeper understanding of your current health. Consultations are available in person or via video chat. Through a detailed Ayurvedic assessment, you will receive: A personalized eating plan to support your healing journey Herbal and Ayurvedic therapy recommendations tailored to your needs Guidance on exercise, lifestyle, and spiritual practices for balance Insights into your unique Ayurvedic constitution and how to maintain equilibrium Ayurveda teaches that treating the root cause is key to lasting well-being. Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy To honor the time and preparation dedicated to each session, the following policy applies: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee with no refund. By booking, you agree to these terms.
