A 60-minute follow-up session with Ayurvedic Practitioner & Body Therapist Mélika Emira Baccouche is designed to support your ongoing healing process. Whether you are experiencing new symptoms, need adjustments to your wellness plan, or simply seek deeper guidance, this session helps keep you on track. During your follow-up, we will: Evaluate your progress since your initial consultation Address any new imbalances and refine your healing plan Provide personalized guidance on diet, lifestyle, and herbal support Encourage self-awareness and accountability in your healing process Healing is an active process. In Ayurveda, true transformation comes from consistency and self-awareness. You are encouraged to take notes, track your progress, and integrate the recommendations into your daily life. A follow-up consultation is an opportunity to ask deeper questions, refine your understanding, and receive ongoing support tailored to your unique needs. If you are feeling out of balance or wish to maintain your progress, a follow-up consultation is the next step. Sessions are available in person or by distance via WhatsApp video chat.
